Stories from a 21st-century lighthouse keeper’s life at an iconic historic site — In 1982, Lee Radzak and his wife moved to Split Rock Lighthouse on the rugged North Shore of Lake Superior. Over the next thirty-six years, they raised a family, endured epic storms, relished the natural world surrounding them, and answered a million questions posed by more than four million visitors. The View from Split Rock is their story.

Custom Woven Interiors is a show-case of design, inspiration and instruction by Kelly Marshall, a Minneapolis-based weaver. I had admired her work for many years before we first met to discuss designing her book. Take a look at her work, and you'll see that this was a client with a very strong design sense, a keen eye for color and high, high standards for craft. Every element of the book, from typography to margins to color, was honed to Kelly's vision, and the result matches the humble elegance and structured vibrancy of her rugs and upholstery.
